Bright Minds Las Vegas has donated over 15,000 laminated/dry erase worksheets to the following organizations: The Shade Tree, SafeNest, After-School All-Stars Las Vegas, Public Education Foundation (PEF) Teacher Superstore, LV Reach, and the Boys & Girls Club of Southern Nevada. ​​​

 In 2024, Bright Minds also was selected for the Dragon Kim Foundation fellowship, through which Bright Minds hosted math workshops at YMCA summer camps in the summer of 2025 (pictured below).

​In 2026, Penelope published a children's book titled Ugh...Math?! Why George Changed his Mind about Numbers. It focuses on a dog named George who learns the importance of math in many popular professions.

In the summer of 2026, Penelope also created a version of Bright Minds' math worksheets called the "Mathematics of Health" that teaches healthy habits through math problems. Her exposure to children throughout her work with Bright Minds led to her interest in promoting children's health.
